Dearest Chaplains, Chaplain Assistants, Youth Leader Trainers, and Youth Leaders,

The National Executive Committee is pleased to announce the following national training camp opportunities for all eligible VEYM members.

I. SA MẠC HUẤN LUYỆN VIÊN SƠ CẤP

Youth Leader Trainer Level I Training Camp

SINAI XXXII – SC-015

1. Location

Celebrity Ranch
39375 San Ignacio Rd, Hemet, CA 92544
Nearest airports with VEYM transportation:
John Wayne (SNA), Ontario (ONT), San Diego (SAN)

2. Date & Time

2:00 PM Tuesday, May 5 – 2:00 PM Sunday, May 10, 2026

3. Registration Fee

$250.00

4. Deadline

Apply by January 30, 2026
Late applications will not be accepted.

5. Registration Requirements

Applicants must:

  1. Be 23 years or older
  2. Provide a government-issued photo ID and VEYM self-portrait
  3. Be certified Youth Leader Level III for at least one year
  4. Be currently active within VEYM
  5. Be registered in the VEYM membership database/portal and have signed the Code of Conduct
  6. Submit an application signed by:
    1. Chapter President
    2. League of Chapters President
    3. Chapter Chaplain
    4. League of Chapters Chaplain
  7. Belong to a chapter in compliance with all VEYM guidelines and policies
  8. Submit a recommendation letter from an active Youth Leader Trainer

6. Admission Process

After registration closes, applications will be reviewed. Applicants recommended for admission will be contacted for an oral quiz based on attached study materials. Those who pass will be officially admitted to Sinai XXXII.

II. SA MẠC CẤP III LÃNH ĐẠO PHỤC VỤ

Youth Leader Level III Training Camp

TIBERIA XXII – 3LD-022

2. Date & Time

2:00 PM Wednesday, September 16 – 2:00 PM Sunday, September 20, 2026

3. Registration Fee

$250.00

4. Deadline

Apply by May 16, 2026
Late applications will not be accepted.

5. Registration Requirements

Applicants must:

  1. Be 21 years or older
  2. Provide a government-issued photo ID and VEYM self-portrait
  3. Be certified Youth Leader Level II for at least six months
  4. Be currently active within VEYM
  5. Be registered in the VEYM membership database/portal and have signed the Code of Conduct
  6. Submit an application signed by:
    1. Chapter President
    2. League of Chapters President
    3. Chapter Chaplain
    4. League of Chapters Chaplain
  7. Belong to a chapter in compliance with VEYM guidelines and policies

6. Admission Process

After registration closes, applications will be reviewed. Applicants recommended for admission will be contacted for an open-note online quiz based on attached materials. Those who pass will be officially admitted to Tiberia XXII.

TRAINING CAMP REGISTRATION GUIDE

  1. Visit the appropriate registration link:
    1. Sinai 32: https://url.veym.net/registration-sinai32

  2. Add ONE Sa Mạc Sinh ticket.
  3. Fill out all requested information.
  4. Download, complete, and upload the application form (must include all required signatures).
  5. Download, complete, and upload the waiver (fully signed).
  6. Upload all additional required documents:
    1. Youth leader certificate (issued upon promotion, not the training camp completion certificate)
    2. For Sinai applicants: Recommendation letter from an active Youth Leader Trainer
  7. Click “Add to cart”.
  8. Proceed to checkout and pay by credit card.
  9. You will receive a confirmation email for your records.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be emailed to headquarters@veym.net at least two (2) weeks before the camp start date to receive a full refund minus a $10 service fee.
