These intensive training camps are designed for dedicated youth leaders seeking to advance their skills, strengthen their faith, and build lifelong friendships in a spiritually enriching environment. Check out the details below!
Tiberia 20 - USA
📅 Dates: June 4 - June 8, 2025
📌 Location: Holy Family Retreat Center, Fort Worth, TX
✈️ Nearest Airport: DFW
💰 Fee: $250
📅 Application Deadline: February 28, 2025
Tiberia 21 - Canada
📅 Dates: August 11 - August 15, 2025
📌 Location: Stayner Camp & Christian Retreat Centre, Stayner, ON
✈️ Nearest Airport: YYZ
💰 Fee: $250
📅 Application Deadline: March 31, 2025
Who Can Apply?
✅ Must be 21 years or older
✅ Certified as Youth Leader Level II for at least 6 months
✅ Active within VEYM and registered in the VEYM database
✅ Application signed by appropriate chapter leaders & chaplains
✅ Pass the open note baseline test on Youth Leader Basic Knowledge

How to Register?
1️⃣ Visit https://camps.veym.net/ and select your camp
2️⃣ Fill out the application form with all required signatures ✍️
3️⃣ Upload necessary documents, including:
- Government-issued photo ID 🆔
- VEYM self-portrait 📸
- Youth Leader Level II certificate (not the completion certificate!)
4️⃣ Pay the registration fee online 💳
5️⃣ Receive a confirmation email 📩
6️⃣ Wait for review and get invited to the baseline knowledge test
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund (minus $10 processing fee), cancellations must be sent to headquarters@veym.net at least 2 weeks before the camp start date.
