Thank you for joining us for a 40-day Lenten journey! As you offer up this spiritual bouquet, may we be united in our prayers and sacrifices. May we learn to reconcile with one another and with God so that we can grow in love for each other as we experience the love of God this season. May we look toward the resurrection of our Savior and be renewed in hope in His Resurrection. Each day of this Lenten journey includes 3 components. Do at least 1 activity per day; strive to do 2 activities. Challenge yourself to do all 3! 1. BIBLE PASSAGES Bible passages for the daily Mass are referenced in the calendar. During these Lent days, you are invited to join us in meditating on these brief passages. Try to read the full passage if you can (you can find the full passages at https://bible.usccb.org). 2. NATURAL ACTIVITY (VIỆC TỰ NHIÊN) VEYM uses natural methods, such as singing, volunteerism/works of charity, activities/games, entering into nature, to help us draw closer to God in our everyday lives. Each day in this Lenten Journey, we invite you to unite together to do the suggested natural act on the calendar. 3. SPIRITUAL ACTIVITY (VIỆC SIÊU NHIÊN) VEYM uses spiritual methods to help us grow in faith and virtue, particularly by Living a Eucharistic Day.
